Private Rental for Non-Movie Event:

$400.00 Guaranteed Minimum, which covers your first four hours of rental. $100.00 each additional hour.

 

Concession stand can be opened for your event - all proceeds remain with the Princess Theatre.

 

Audio / Visual services can be provided at additional costs by approved independent contractors.

Private Movie Showing Rates:​

Option 1: $315.00 - guaranteed minimum.
Which includes admission coverage for up to 35 guests. If you go over 35, it is $9.00 per each additional guest. A guest is anyone who watches the movie. Each guest receives a small drink and small popcorn.

Option 2: $420.00 - Guaranteed Minimum

Which includes admission coverage for up to 35 guests. If you go over 35, it is $12.00 per each additional guest. A guest is anyone who watches the movie. Each guest receives a large drink and large popcorn.

A $100.00 deposit is required to book the showing. This can be paid via an emailed invoice, check - mailed to the Princess Theatre, or cash payment can be made during any of our listed showtimes.

We typically do these shows on Saturday mornings. Example: Doors open at 10:00am, show starts at 10:30am. This can also be done on weeknights as well. We do allow gifts to be opened during this time period leading up to the start of the show.

 

We do NOT allow cake / ice cream for birthday party showings but we do offer the option of having a table setup for gifts to be received prior to the show starting.
