(TOPGUN) Graduate and Henderson Co. Native Visits the PRINCESS THEATRE

The Lexington Progress, Wednesday, June 1st, 2022: This afternoon my family had the honor of hosting a show of Top Gun Maverick for Henderson County native Ian Gorski, CDR USNR, at the Princess Theatre. Ian was a FA-18 WSO and instructor at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). This institution is “the best of the best” of Navy and Marine Corps Fighter Pilots and served as consultants for and the basis of Top Gun Maverick for star and producer Tom Cruise and producer Jerry Bruckheimer. Shout out to LtCol Casey Gilliam, Henderson County’s other TOPGUN Graduate.
